What types of events have you played in the past?
We've been hired to entertain for wedding ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions, anniversaries, retirement parties, birthdays, country/social club member events, winter holiday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, 4th of July celebrations, hotels, house parties, church services, corporate events, boat cruises, memorial services, store openings, restaurants, and more! There's no wrong time or place for TrioNYC.
How much does it cost to book TrioNYC?
There are many factors that influence our rate such as duration of the performance, size of the venue, travel time and costs, special requests, etc. We strongly suggest you visit the bookings portion of the site and contact us with information regarding your event so we can give you an accurate quote, usually within 24 hours. All questions are welcome!
Is TrioNYC insured?
Yes upon request we are able to provide a Certificate of Insurance sometimes required by venues.
What's your cancellation policy?
A deposit is required to save a date in our calendar so we may turn down other work and prioritize your event. Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the reserved date may be made without penalty and the full deposit will be returned, however cancellations made on shorter notice will result in a loss of the deposit. Special considerations for rescheduling may be made on an individual basis.
